Houston native Ikechi Ojore grew up in the heart of Houston's creative scene, cultivating his talents under some of Houston's most influential musicians, poets, and artists. A graduate of Texas Southern University, with emphasis in music education, he went on to study at the world renowned Berklee College of Music. Ojore has traveled the world as a musician with various artists such as Bel-Ami, Tobe Nwigwe, Brian McKnight and Chante Moore. He took his love of music to the classroom, shaping minds as a teacher and band director, in predominantly underprivileged schools, for over a decade. He has since focused his energy on exploring new mediums of art.
